Care IV has a very high standard for our home health care staff. All positions require a demonstrated proficiency in the level of service that is being provided from companions to nurses. In addition, we are looking for caring, compassionate and friendly faces to provide companionship and professional advocacy for our clients and their families. We provide a full spectrum of services, so duty flexibility is essential.

To be considered for a position at any of our Care IV office locations, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:
- At least 1 year of work experience similar to the job you are interested in
- Two good professional references
- Active nursing license in good standing (if applicable to the position for which you are applying)
- Passing score on skills test
- Successful completion of drug screen
- Criminal background check
- Completion of all required in-service training sessions
