Originally joining Care IV in October 2001 as Director of the Little Rock office, Mr. Hammond currently serves as Regional Manager for Care IV Home Health Care, Inc. In this role, he oversees the complete operations of four office locations – Little Rock, Hot Springs, Russellville, and Springdale – including personnel management, strategic planning, budgeting, marketing, financial management and performance improvement.
With more than 17 years' experience in the home care and home healthcare industries as an LPN and RN, Mr. Hammond also received training as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Certified OASIS Specialist, and is certified in chemotherapy administration by the Little Rock Oncology Network. He currently serves as Treasurer for the Home Care Association of Arkansas and is active with the governmental affairs, Medicaid, and program committees. He is a member of the Board of Directors and former Vice President for the Case Management Society of America, Little Rock Chapter, and a former member of the Board of Directors for the Home Care Association of Arkansas.

Emma Nowden-Maxwell, RN, Clinical Nursing Director
Ms. Nowden-Maxwell has been with Care IV for more than 7 years, beginning as a caregiver RN in 2000 prior to her promotions to Home Care Supervisor and her current position as Clinical Nursing Director. In this role, she oversees the Medicaid programs managed by their office, performs skilled nursing visits to Care IV clients, and oversees all clinical operations of the office and home care staff. She is also currently working to complete coursework to serve as a Legal Nurse Consultant for Care IV clients and families.

Sarah Saxon, RN, Director
While Ms. Saxon may be one of the newest Care IV staff members, joining the company in May 2008, she brings more than 27 years' experience in nursing. Ms. Saxon combines her expertise in managing total patient care with supervisory experience in her role as Director of the Springdale office.
Originally beginning her nursing career as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Ms. Saxon served in that capacity for nearly 10 years before returning to school and obtaining her Registered Nurse (RN) license. Upon becoming an RN, she worked as a staff nurse, charge nurse, nurse manager, assistant director of nurses and director of nurses in the acute care hospital setting as well as a 6 year period of Home Health Care in Mississippi.
